I have some relatives that I want to send Valentines to this year who aren’t the fru-fru type. You know what I mean? Lace, glitter, cutesy images – just not the ticket for some people. This card is what I’ll be sending out to those folks. I want them to know that I love them, plain and simple. Version 1 above is what I would call a man card, good colors for the guy in your life. Brown and blue, very masculine.
Then I flipped the blue patterned paper over, and voilá!, a colorful card for Grandma or my 20-something niece. I like the addition of the embossed dots, too. These cards were fast to make and did not require tons of tools, which is always a good thing, budget-wise. Have a great day!
