Hi! Today’s card uses the same colors and stamp set as the last post, but you can really achieve different looks with just a few different elements thrown in. Only one ink color this time, doesn’t get much easier for stamping. The background navy card stock is embossed using an embossing folder and the Big Shot machine. The Big Shot is an investment, it’s true, but you can do so many creative things using the embossing folders and dies. Stamp sets come and go, my taste changes, but the Big Shot will be with me for as long as I’m paper crafting. As for my ink choice today, if I don’t have the exact color to match the paper, I use the closest that I have. That happened again today. I used Midnight Muse for lack of Night of Navy. I can see the difference, but I don’t think the person who receives this card will notice at all.
