Good morning! On a table in our dining room, we display seasonal mini-artwork on a very small easel. I created this patriotic piece in just a few minutes this morning after I worked out the design in my head while laying in bed on this lazy Saturday.
I used “Land of the Free” stamp. I stamped the whole image on a Crumb Cake stamp pad, then went over some areas with Stampin’ Write markers in Midnight Muse and Cherry Cobbler. I don’t believe there is any danger to the markers going over a lighter color with a darker color. The background paper is non-SU, but the same effect could be achieved using “Music Notes” stampin’ around wheel, Cherry Cobbler ink on Very Vanilla paper. Finally, I heat embossed in white “freedom” using a retired SU set called “Little Letters”.
