Hey everyone, here’s the card I’m sending my sister, Lisa, who lives far away from me. She and her family are kind enough to have our oldest son join them this Thanksgiving. He is away at college, and lives just a couple hours from his Aunt Lisa’s house. This card is a good one for mailing because it doesn’t have any hard buttons or brads, but still is interesting with the various layers and bow. Thank you to Michelle N. for the design. After I stamped the acorns on a piece of scratch paper, I used a Blender Pen to add a little more brown ink to the shaded areas of the image. Then I cut the acorns out and attached them with a foam dimensional. To make the bow, I took a strand of the burlap ribbon about 10 inches long, doubled it, then tied it into a bow. Blessings to you on Thanksgiving and always!
